Sales & Marketing Leadership SIG – 3rd Tuesday of the month

The Sales & Marketing Leadership SIG delivers a forum where Cincinnati and NKY leaders review and discuss how to improve sales results and drive improved integration with marketing.

We utilize the SIG format of hosting facilitated discussions on sales leadership, funnel management, effective lead development, and revenue generation. In addition, we engage regional sales leaders and executives on their success to address specific challenges to grow their business.

Join our dynamic group to discuss a wide range of topics from how to hire high performing sales people, to driving predictable sales results, to ensuring that sales and marketing are working effectively together.

We meet every month of the year on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, 7:45 a.m. – 9:15 a.m. in the Executive Board Room of the Cintas Center on the campus of Xavier University.

Leadership Team

Don Gray is the Founder and President of Sales Engineering Group (SEG), a sales performance consultancy.  He has had a 30+ year career in sales, sales leadership, marketing, international management, sales performance development.  His business sales career has been in the technology field cumulating with sales leadership positions at Computer Associates and Teradata. In 2001, Don founded SEG to help people in sales organizations improve sales volumes and sales predictability by applying engineering principles to sales process and value communications.

Steve Platt is the founder of Bridge The GAPs, an on purpose small and very effective consultancy. Steve works closely with leaders to deliver strategy and tactics that bridge the gaps between lead generation, sales, CRM and marketing. Driven by a 28 yr. successful selling and leadership career across function, channels, and industries his creative energy, deep skills, resources, and connections work in concert to bring enduring profits to his B2B and non-profit clients.  A former director for all Cincinnati AMA SIGS, Steve passionately serves the AMA goals to advance member success.

Through our traditional SIG format blending facilitated discussions and presentations sales leaders, sales oriented marketing teams and AMA members develop, discover, learn, and build skills, networks and community that deliver new, enhanced and continued success.
