The days of dictating your brand to customers is long gone.  Today, customers actually dictate your brand to you.  Therefore, focusing on company culture is everything.  Aaron Magness will cover how Zappos.com has grown from $0 to over $1B in gross merchandise sales in less than 10 years with a focus on company culture.

About the Speaker
Aaron_magness_smAaron Magness has worked in Business Development in retail for over 8 years.  His career has taken him through sales, operations and the grunt work it takes to make his team successful.  He joined Zappos.com with a primary focus in business development. However, his role has grown to include oversight of Brand Marketing, PR and Social Media.
