Qualitative Research…Beyond Focus Groups and M&M’s

Most of us have used qualitative research in our market insights work. We have spent hours in a back room eating M&M’s and watching people talk. Our next meeting will be a Q&A discussion session in the evolving world of qualitative research. We will talk about how to get deep learning from people including Ethnography and other immersive research, how to find big new ideas, and how to bring the research learning to life in driving business results.
