About the Speaker
Dr. Mike Cook is Head of Consumer Understanding for Givaudan Flavors North America and adjunct instructor in Consumer Behavior at Northern Kentucky University. Dr. Cook has been active in consumer behavior, research methodology, and marketing and advertising for over 30 years. Prior to Givaudan, he held consumer insight positions at Quaker Oats and Coors Brewing Company, and managed a marketing services company for several years.
