A Taste of Sensory Research
We use our five senses every day. Each time your consumer uses your product, they assess its performance on many levels using their five senses. Do you know what the drivers of liking are for your product? Do you know what would make more people buy your product or stop buying it? Come learn about the art and science of sensory research. How is it used to create great new products? How is it used to make a good product better—or fix a problem?
Mona Wolf, president of the Wolf Group here in Cincinnati, will lead our discussion and teach how to use this powerful research technique to better understand and enhance consumer products.
We will learn about both consumer panels and trained descriptive panels—what are their differences and how are they used—separately and together. All participants will get to participate in some hands-on sensory examples to better understand sensory research and how it impacts consumer product acceptance. This promises to be a fun and interactive discussion.
Due to our testing as a group, space will be somewhat limited. Please sign up early to ensure a spot.
